If you have purchased a class voucher from another source, please use the form below to book a class. Note that the classes in the drop down are the only available classes to choose from at this time. As future dates are scheduled, they will be added here as once we have determined additional future class offerings.
PLEASE READ - Once we received your request and schedule you, we will redeem your Groupon as payment for your scheduled class. If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 7 days prior to your scheduled class. If you notify us of a reschedule with less than 7 days notice, there will be a $50 rescheduling fee (or $25 for renewal class). You will also not be allowed to use a 2nd Groupon voucher. We will not make any exceptions.
